Serioxyl the complete programme
Regular readers will know mrH is concerned about his hair loss and has noticed a thinning out of late.
Even though I use specific products constantly I have came to the conclusion that the hair on my head is going through some changes.
It’s inevitable really, I started losing my hair at the age of 30 and have used numerous products for the last 27.5 years that have helped slow down the rate of hair loss drastically.
I have found two firm favourite products of late, Goldwell Kerasilk Repower Intensive Anti Hairloss and L’Oreal professionel Serioxyl Denser Hair Gelee of which both have had a definite effect on the overall density of my hair.
For the last 6 weeks I have been using the complete Serioxyl range for noticeably thinning hair, a shampoo, conditioner, mousse treatment and gelee.
It’s fair to say that where the hair is thinning most, through my crown to recession areas is where (like most guys) the hair loss is most noticeable but after using Goldwell and then the Serioxyl programme there has been a distinct improvement.
The crown didn’t respond as well, however I am delighted with this result through to the recession areas.
Serioxyl shampoo is fresh and clean, it makes my scalp feel energised and my hair feel strong. The conditioner is a gel and as such makes the hair feel ‘toughened up’ with more body and life to it. The daily mousse treatment is similar to the previous Nioxin product I have tried with less of the stickiness I notice on the hair after it has been absorbed, not my favourite part of the regime because the feel after it has dried in is a little odd, as if the hair is overloaded with product, but i’ve used it daily nonetheless. The gelee is my absolute winner, it is light to apply, fresh and tingly and adds body to the hair whilst stimulating my scalp.
Serioxyl is a great range of products to use if you are suffering from hair loss, I have noticed new growth, as can be seen in the pics, less shedding and the rate of (existing) hair growth has increased significantly, I feel like I’m in need of a haircut much more regularly than before.
As I come to the end of this programme i’m wondering what next, a mix of Goldwell and L’Oreal seems to be the answer as without doubt I have ‘more’ hair now than 4 months ago when first introduced to these product ranges.
Now if I can get to 60 before the inevitable happens I will be thrilled!!!
